Step by step
Product, volumes, target price range, delivery country, timing. Two minutes on the form, or an email with your drawings. It is logged in the RWTA register and read by the person responsible for your product family.
You hear back in your language: which factories fit, our honest read, and the questions we still have. If nothing fits, we say so.
Two to four verified factories with capacity, lead times and, where possible, a first cost indication. You choose who to talk to. We make the introductions.
We translate both ways, arrange samples, set up video calls or a factory visit. You deal with the factory directly; we stay on the thread so nothing stalls.
The contract is between you and the factory. We keep following the delivery and the next order. One accountable person, start to finish.
