Who processes your data

What we don't do
rwta.ro has no Google Analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising networks. We don't sell or rent data to anyone. We don't build behavioural profiles and make no automated decisions about anyone. If you only read the site, we set no cookies.
What we collect and why
1. When you write to us through the forms (sourcing request, contact): your name, company, country, email address, phone if you give it, and your message. We use them only to answer your request and to carry forward the conversation you opened. Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box on the form (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and steps prior to entering into a contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Messages are technically received through Netlify, the platform hosting this site, and reach the RWTA team.
2. When we broker your sourcing request: we pass your contact details and your request to the matching manufacturer, only as far as needed for them to answer you. We pass them to no one else.
3. Manufacturer partners: company contact details, the contact person, and the factory and product information provided for the verified profile. Company data is public business data and is published in the RWTA gateway, because that is its purpose. Legal basis: performance of the contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
How long we keep data
- Form messages that do not lead to a relationship: 12 months, then deleted.
- Partner data and brokered requests: for the duration of the relationship and 3 years after, as required for commercial records.
Who else sees the data
Netlify, Inc. (hosting and forms, servers in the EU and the US, under standard contractual clauses), Google Workspace (email), Airtable (request records). All are processors acting on our instructions. We transfer data to no other services.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, its correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing, and withdraw your consent. Write to office@rwta.ro; we answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro, or with your local data protection authority.

If we change how we process data, we update this page first. The date above tells you when.
